In fact, all members of my extended family that have served have been in the DoN.


Makes things interesting because on my wife's side of the family, it's all Army. 3 uncles and 2 cousins are either Active or Reserve.

Coal miners?

That's what gave the inventor the idea. Talking to coal miners. They wanted something to go in the lunch pails... and a miner framed the moon with his hands for a size reference.
