I am not going to read that but if you guys think muschamp is going to come in here with time to plan and his job on the line, his season on the line, with the talent he has and we just storm them you are nuts. This will be very difficult.

I only read the first page, which was funny. I did read the comments at the bottom of page one though, they all appear to believe UT will destroy

Our run defense is still pretty good but got worn out against Bama. What was frustrating is how our DB's have played. There was one play against Bama where no one covered a receiver who was lined up directly in front of Muschamp. I have supported Muschamp all along but my trip to Tuscaloosa has got me crawfishing

Muschamp also had an 11-2 season just two years ago and has recruited very well at least until recently. He is only similar to Dooley in that he has struggled with hiring coordinators, for Dools it was DC and for Muschamp it's OC.

UF Athletic Director Jeremy Foley repeated this week that Muschamp has the whole season to prove himself. That season really starts Saturday.

I would be willing to bet that if Tennessee puts a beating on UF (UT is capable), that Foley just may retract his statement. When Emmit is tweeting to bench the QB - you know a ton of alum are wanting the same thing. And Muschamp standing by his QB, pure Dooley move. To you gator fans, what does Muschamp's contract look like?

COMMENTS FROM THIS ARTICLE. UF Fans have no faith. 90% of comments were negative. They acknowledge that our program heading in the right direction and their in the opposite. Watched the Mustchamp presser and hate to say almost felt sorry for him. He looked like a defeated man already. Not sure how he can have that kind of attitude and build any confidence in his players.

We read before the Alabama game that "they would fix the broken defensive back problem". First play, 89 yard touchdown. Look for Tennessee to exploit that and if not fixed, streak comes to end, Hope I am wrong.

Unfortunately, no, you're not wrong. This game will get ugly quick. I honestly think it will be worse than the Alabama game.

Another great streak at UF that might come to an end. All I can say is this... if Driskel struggles in his first two series, bench him, period, and lets try our hand with the freshman Treon Harris. Clemson did against fsu, LSU just did it this weekend and had spectacular results... why wont we?

I am afraid the streak ends this year. After watching the Vol's against uga I came away very impressed. UT 33 UF 13

+30-- the number of points Tennessee will beat us by!

Cleary two programs headed in opposite directions, but hopefully we can pull out a win.

It's not just about the game with TN this weekend...what about the rest of the year? Did you see TN, GA, SC, LSU and Missouri this past weekend? It's going to get real ugly over the next few weeks. Based on our performance in the last two games, I don't think there's a realistic chance for the Gators in any of the upcoming games ... given things stay the way they seem to be heading with personnel.

I hate feeling like this 5 weeks into the season, but I am having trouble even getting excite about this game. Do not get me wrong I would love to beat them, but Muschamp is giving me no reason to expect to see anything different. Worely looked pretty good last weekend and the Tenn program is on the rise.

All well and good but this is a different Florida team. It will unfortunately be an nail-bitter. I hope we blow them out and Jeff has a day for the record books but I just don't have that kind of confidence.

I want to be positive...its very hard...I will wait

The streak is coming to an end this year.

Most likely. Can't trust muschamp to do much of anything right these days.

5 more days to enjoy the streak

This UF team is bad, really bad ........ No excuse for them to not get curb stomped in Neyland this Sat.

If Muschamp thinks this is our most talented team, how does he explain the suckitude?

Guy is either deranged or admitting he has taken all this talent and wasted it.

Not being ugly but he is a little better than Dooley. Personally I think his days are numbered and yall will go for home run hire next and be back on way up. Here's to yall keeping him 10 more years.......

I never imagined I'd ever read a serious statement that said someone might be a worse head coach than Dooley but he just might be. That's saying something...

I hope he stays at Florida for 10 years.

Barely skimmed the article. All I need to read is to the comments where the UF faithful are scared to death for Saturday

i still think that Hart had a heavy hand in Dooleys down fall, but that is just my opinion

hopefully that doesn't happen with Coach Jones

That mental block may affect our fanbase, myself included, but should have no effect on the staff and most of the players whatsoever. Almost half of the starters on Saturday will have never even played a game against the gators. They won't care that history says they are supposed to lose this game.

If you don't believe Florida is more talented than us, just look at the recruiting rankings the past 4 years. Only last year did UT have a decent class. That doesn't mean they will win, but their experienced talent is much greater than ours. Hate to bear bad news, but talent wise, they are better.

Same recruiting rankings that had 3* Cam Sutton as the #78 athlete in the country, not even in the top 247. Also 5* Jeff Driskel as the top QB and #16 overall. Maybe being a good college player and team takes more than high school talent.
