AT&T UVerse vs Comcast

I had AT&T Uverse and now I have Comcast.

DVR - Uverse hands down better technology and ease of use.
Internet - Not a tech guy but Comcast appears to be faster (when working)
On Demand - Comcast has a ton more content
Customer service - Comcast is the worst by far without a doubt and when I say worse, there is no comparison. There is a reason they are rated in the top 5 worst customer service in all categories. They absolutely do not give a shizz once you are a customer. Our internet and phone service has been down for three weeks and no one can seem to find the problem and of course when 1 tech can't fix it they can't get another one out for another week.

Going back to AT&T myself.

AT&T customer service not much better. You know you can expect to spend at least 30-45 Min. speaking to someone who is reading, poorly, a script.

Never had much of a problem with them, I know what you are saying but when I did have problems they usually had a tech out the next day.

With Comcast it's days or weeks, they couldn't care less.
