We are back. We are getting recruits. We have the best coaching staff that I have seen at Tennessee in my life time (yes better than Fulmer era). We have one of the best Quarterbacks to have played in Knoxville.

Back 2 years after we hit rock bottom.

I've gotten 20 texts from Georgia fans saying they're worried. Bama fans all over social media saying we cheated, and the refs helped us. People are talking about our "ugly orange" all over social media. You know what that tells me? They know we're back.

I won't lie. I honestly don't care about a natty atm. I just wanted pride and competitiveness back in our program and we have it spades. The hardware will come when the time is right. Maybe this year , maybe not. But Tennessee is capable of beating anyone .

We're pretty close. I saw a TN OL pushing their DL around for a effective run game really late in the 4th quarter. Saw a TN DL hold their own, also late. If you can do that you can compete. Now....the secondary.....well....just no. But it looks like the important part is back....the trenches, and depth.

Are you serious? Bamas roster is loaded with nothing but 4 and 5 star talent. They've got a Heisman winner at QB. On paper and in terms of depth, bama has a far superior roster to ours. What we did today was incredible. It wasn't because bama wasn't it's usual dominant self. Today a true "team" with a special coach and QB beat the juggernaut from the west. It wasn't a "down" bama that lost. It was a passionate, driven and focused UT that won this game. No excuses. The Vols took this game. The Vols earned this game. The Vols DESERVED this game.
