Most of the places you name have alot to do with economics. The middle east, which you left out, does not. Over there they are just nuts.

I've been drinking boots all night at Prost so excuse me for my lack of vocabulary; however, if you think everyone in the Middle East is rich you need to fall into a sh** trench and then rethink your position.

There certainly are a handful of oil barons, but the masses in the area are incredibly poor and uneducated; aside from Kuwait and the citizens of the UAE, the majority of inhabitants of the ME are living day to day on scraps.
