Not a slam. Just like to know your reasoning behind this. Bama loses lots on O-line. Gurley had better numbers last season and should have a better O-line in '13. They are certainly comparable, but how do you come up with "Yeldon's better" and "early Heisman"? Just wondering.

Gurley is a beast, no doubt. Some of the reason he had be numbers than Yeldon was because he wasn't sitting behind a third year player on the depth chart. That said, it doesn't bother me a bit if someone puts Gurley at #1.

There's a solid chance that Lane (if he plays) and/or Neal could lead the league in rushing...because that's gonna be our offense this year.

Doubt it. The defense will key on the run until our QB shows he can beat them.

Hill LSU suspended indefinately, so Neal and possibly Lane will move up, assuming Lane gets out of Smokeys doghouse.

Maybe Alden Hill be we a top 10 RB by seasons end. That would be nice.

Man, how are guys are ranked 8th & 9th is beyond me. There really is a drop-off after the first few. UGA has been pulling in a lot of 5* talent at RB in the last few years. If they ever put a fence around that state, they'll be playing for NC regularly. Of course, coaching would help as well...

Impossible. Too much talent in ga.

thats what happens in a CBJ offense dude....pay attention. WEre not gonna have one pack for a 1000 yards.....you have multiple threats on every play resulting in multiple backs rushing for 500-700 yards and a WR or two with 200 yards rushing per year....

I don't care if UT runs the fumble-rooskie 10 times a game and an offensive guard is our leading rusher....just move the chains.

One back got more than half the rushing yards in all three of Butch's Cincy years. 1000 yard rushers each year, with the second most being 366.

(edited to add that second sentence.)

Relax Francis.... dude. Just had a little fun with your post. Clearly not expecting multiple 1500 yd rushers.... duh. Also, glad to see you're an expert on CBJs offense... very impressive.
