I guess I didn’t really care for the music/beats more than anything. I’m partial to more old school stuff, though.

That’s always been my issue with Kendrick, I would never argue about his lyrics, he’s phenomenal on that front. The problem is that most of the songs just don’t sound good which, for music, is kinda an issue.
