Ha it's definitely worth raising an eyebrow

Could be a tactic to keep him busting his ass. Wouldn't be the first time. I have a hard time seeing Richmond not being the starter vs Appy State...then again, it wouldn't the first time Butch has played experience over talent.

Well most reports in Richmond have been he is great at pass protection but needs to improve as a run blocker. If Kendrick is a better run blocker, he should start.

Really impressed with what I'm seeing from Johnson. A lot of talent right there.

Yes. He is very smooth. Looks similar to Malone... Which isn't bad because we know the talent is there for Josh, but the most important thing for Brandon are the reports saying he catches everything.

Seems like consistent reports of fewer balls hitting the ground during practice.

Can't ever see myself choosing to go to a high school football game on a day when the Vols are playing but apparently its just been announced that Bishop Sullivan (home of the Gaddy brothers and many, many more targets that we'd be interested in over the next few years) is going to be hosting IMG Academy out of Bradenton. That's a top 5 in the country level team, be real interesting to see how they shape up in that one.

You guys are just doing this to encourage 30, aren't you?

Noch, did you ever get your A/C troubles resolved?

I did, thanks for asking. Ended up being a capacitor that needed to be replaced and, luckily, the brand that we have is fairly easy to come by when it comes to replacement parts so he was able to take care of it on the spot during the first visit. Said if it had been a different brand it might not have been fixed until early next week.

Saw this:

Here's your list of minor league baseball players with 30+ doubles, 70+ RBIs, and <80 K:
- Dustin Peterson
- Andrew Benintendi

1 week from today until our family gets to go see my 2nd cousin Devan Watts(Braves 17th round pick in this years draft) pitch at Hickory, NC. Hope he gets in a couple games. It's a 4 game series from the 11th-14th so probably 2 games will be his maximum as a closer.

He's still doing really good but got hit in one of his previous games on August 2nd so his ERA jumped from 0.00 to 1.12. 1st game this season that he's been hit at all. He had only given up 3 hits the entire season until this last outing. He's now given up 6 hits in 12 2/3 innings.

Our rotation is laughable at this point. Blair just got injured so he can't be brought up to start. No way we are going to be competitive next year with the pitching we have

Newcomb starting to figure it out? Hope so.. It would be nice for someone with some upside to breakthrough.
