I'm not sure anyone does. Coaches are mostly ambitious guys who are always interested in moving up the food chain no matter what school or coach they are under but I don't recall too many stories or articles with guys looking back fondly on their time under Saban. You go there to build your resume and get a better job and his track record at doing that for assistants is second to none, but I don't think anybody enjoys it. Other than the winning part.
The bigger thing to me though is why do the Falcons think Sark is in any way qualified for this?
Almost added one more line saying something along the lines of "he'll have all the best toys in the world to play with so he might look like a genius no matter what but...".
