It's hard to see why any currently successful coach would put his career on the line to jump in this dumpster fire. We might hire a good coach, but I'll be surprised if it's anyone most of us have ever heard of before.

I honestly don't think that money has been the biggest hold up for most of these coaching searches. It's been hard to find coaches who are willing to chain their careers to this giant s*** sandwich we have in Knoxville. Most of the guys who are going to be interested are coaches who don't have anything to lose.
