The way the NFL is structured, I don't see how any NFL team other than the Cleveland Browns can be way down the list. There's way too much turnover.

That's probably true, especially with Barnes track record in the tourney lol.

City came out of absolutely nowhere to win the league in 2010. So it's definitely possible for Everton to do the same.

They already have some nice building blocks if they can hold onto Baines, Barkley, and Lukaku. But i'm thinking Big Rom is on his way out soon, as well as Barkley.
