The Rays, that is. I'd imagine Wood, Simms, Betancourt would be a starting point. Not worth it. Sign Santana if he'll take a one year deal and extend him the QO to recoup pick next draft.

I think they just turn Woods loose. These inning limits have swung too far in the conservative direction.

Seems like a reasonable estimate considering that almost nothing is falling nicely into place for us so far this spring.
