Do you consider rec league teams good?

Don't know, but maybe this one was..Regardless, I still say that some of Pat's best teams could beat a good boys high school team. Not consistently of course, but they could.
Do you think UConn's girls team this year could beat a good boys high school team?
Maybe this would be a good poll to put in the lady vols forum. :p

You can keep saying it but it doesn't make it true.

If there is still such a thing, as the WNBA, then I think a fair game would be an average boys high school team vs. the all stars. I would take the high school boys if I was betting though.

That tells me that you don't know too much about women's basketball. And that is ridiculous if you don't think that the best WNBA team could not beat an average, not even a good, high school boys team. They would destroy them. Before you start bashing me, that's my opinion, and I'm entitled to it. :neener2:

What more do I need to know, they can't jump, run, make layups, etc. Definitely can't handle physical play. You are the one that apparently doesn't know much about men's or women's basketball.

Even at our absolute worst, the men's team hasn't finished lower than 22nd in the nation in attendance in the past 30+ years.

I saw the women's team beat the men's team in a scrimmage before a football game ~1991. It's the same concept the led to Puerto Rico beating the USA National team... size and power don't mean crap if the other team knows how to take charges, pass, and shoot from anywhere on the floor.

I'm sure you did Mr. Dearstone.

Is the official attendance versus actual people attending ratio any better for the women than the men? We all know that quite often the mens' attendance is greatly overstated.

I've been to several men's and women's games this year. The men have drawn bigger crowds.
