Curious to know your thoughts if someone is a direct care provider (x-ray techs, nurses, doctors, etc) in a hospital setting. Do you want someone providing care to you, or your child/family member, if they haven't been vaccinated? Knowing that they see 25 or more patients a day. Including outpatients, inpatients and ER patients. Not knowing if the patients they've seen are vaccinated. The provider does care for, and come in contact with COVID+ patients.

my body my choice

A persons vaccination status is their own business. If Hardin wants it public then fine. If he wants to keep it private then people need to back the hell off. This COVId vaccine crap has gotten way out of hand.

I really don't get the drama. Jobs have requirements from dress codes to interviews to morals clauses to travel to.......

Lots of job requirements impinge on your personal freedom.

Get over yourself or get another job if you don't like it.
Telling me what I have to wear or how I have to act is a lot different than making me inject something into my body.

If you've been vaccinated and are wearing your mask like a good lil' sheep, why are you worried about your providers status? I mean that mask blocks everything, right? And even if something gets thru...we all know that's impossible, right?....you've got that wonderful vaccine to fall back on. Plus you'll soon need monthly boosters? Yeah, the vaccine makes everything swell. Just imagine the carnage if we had to face a coronavirus with a 99.7% survival rate without all those glorious medical measures.

Ever tried to get a job teaching without an MMR or DTaP vaccine? You won't.
You know why? Because the risk of death, especially to children, is infinitely greater with those viruses than Covid. Comparing something like the outcome of measles to Covid, specifically in children, is either intellectually lazy at best and completely dishonest at worst.

Didn’t know tetanus was represented in the MMR acronym.

However: “Current statistics indicate that mortality in mild and moderate tetanus is approximately 6%; for severe tetanus, it may be as high as 60%. Mortality in the United States resulting from generalized tetanus is 30% overall, 52% in patients older than 60 years, and 13% in patients younger than 60 years.”

So yes it’s infinitely worse than Covid as well.

What is the mortality rate for tetanus (lockjaw)?

I specifically said measles genius. Get back to me when kids (or anyone under 75 for that matter) are dropping like flies once they contract Covid. Until then hole up in the house, wear your masks and goggles, get your booster and keep the roads less congested and the restaurant wait times shorter for the rest of us.

Goggles is a reach. The rest is a plan.

Youre from Athens.. reading comprehension is clearly not your friend, the poster you reponded to specific said MMR and TDap. Keep being illiterate and keep your tin hat on. I’m actually surprised you have the internet’s tbh. Thanks The rest of society (what little exists in Athens) will work around you.

Good one. It may come as a surprise, but many of us willingly choose not to live in the cesspool that is Nashville. My wife was born and raised there and her entire family still lives there, she has no more desire to live there than I do. And it’s Athens, AL by the way, not TN, we don’t have a Ruby Tuesday’s.
