money amounts reached "several thousand dollars." "Coaches would say, 'Don't tell anyone where you got it from,' "
Too many ex players have talked to this SI reporter. Auburn will have to answer to this

Yeah...

Who cares that they paid players.

Who cares that they paid players to entertain recruits.

Who cares that they paid players to return. -- And when they didn't return, bad mouthed em' to hurt their draft stock.

Who cares that they changed grades.

Who cares that when a player got arrested, the coach was notified and left the family in the dark.

Who cares that the coach wouldn't let players speak with their friends by threatening to get kicked off.

Am I hearing that correctly? I like how you pin blame on multiple players for being bitter instead of the coaches who should probably banned from coaching and a team that should be hammered back to the stone age. Oh well though... the NCAA was knocking on our doorstep for girls going to a high school game but Auburn's antics, no biggie.

Maybe all this Barn sh!t will leak into UF (Cam Newton) and tie both schools up for a few years. That's the typa stuff that will allow us to catch up quick. All the positives we have now will go out the window if we don't win and our SEC rivals deserve some karmatic problems. College Football is cyclical because to get on top takes sacrifice and then one must pay the price. Then the other schools make up ground. jm2cents

If you have credible evidence regarding all those allegations I suggest you contact the enforcement department of the NCAA.

At least one of the players is denying what he was quoted as saying. Given the detail that Roberts attributed to him, she either committed full-fledged libel or he had a massive 'oh s***' moment when he saw his words in print.

Yes... because everyone knows you can't spell No Credibility At All without the letters NCAA. :)

Another month and another round of cheating allegations against Auburn. Wake me up when the NCAA actually decides to do something about them.

auburn is such a joke of a program. They base their entire season on beating Bama. Those 8 years in a row they beat Bama are considered THE crowning achievement in their "storied" history, even more so than the 2010 National Title that was won ONLY because of Cam Newton, a once in a lifetime player. They fired Tommy Tuberville, a coach who won 85 games, a conference title, several divisional titles, only lost to Bama twice the whole time he was there, had an undefeated season, and turned out the best defenses in auburn history. Then, they replace him with a goofball who was miserably unsuited to be a head coach and had been a dismal failure at Iowa State. Then, they scratch their heads when it doesn't work out.

Lots of smoke. We'll see what comes of it. Muschamp personally handing out money. Ouch, if true.
