Exactly. Give me a high pilot over a drunk pilot any day of the week. People think if weed is legal then everyone will just be zombies and smoke constantly and be high at work. Well guess what alcohol is completely legal and causes MORE impairment than marijuana and I'm 100% sure its abused more often, on the job included.

So I'm a convict? Because I smoke an all natural plant with proven medicinal qualities that does less harm to my body than alcohol or tobacco I should be locked up in jail?

Neither are okay. People go to work drunk every day, not saying its right but it is a fact. Im sure people go to work stoned too. Marijuana causes less impairment than alcohol. So why are you worried about the marijuana users? Go look up accident and facility stats on people driving under the influence of alcohol vs. The number of people causing accidents found to be high on marijuana....or do I need to do that for you too?

No need for me to "present" my argument. When talking health benefits as you are Is it a case of which one is better vs. the healthiest choice to do neither?

Smoke weed all day as far as I'm concerned. Don't be surprised if all your ridiculous weed rants on the web eventually catch up with you. Course I'm sure you have an "argument" ready then too.

Well obviously its healthier to not do either. The point is alcohol and tobacco are legal drugs that kill millions of people a year. Marijuana has never killed anyone and does less harm to the human body than either of them and people get incarcerated for possessing it? Does that sound logical to you?

Our government has no logic. Except to pad politician's pockets which is the reason I am sure the pot laws are where they are today.

Remember the Kennedy's made their fortune during the Prohibition days when he (Jack Sr.) made millions and millions of dollars importing Irish whiskey illegally into the country with the full support of the US government and the Mob who he was providing both with the alcohol. And today that corrupt family is portrayed as America's First Family.

Jesus, what the hell does this have to do with MJ use? Nobody, even stoners, are suggesting people should use MJ in any more capacity than legalized booze.

Huntsville isn't that bad since there are actually a lot of really smart people here from all over the country. It's not really a very Southern city. I've often said that it is the nail that is holding the rest of this godforsaken state from floating off into the Gulf and becoming a third world country. But yeah it's still in Alabama.

Don't waste your time trying to convince druggies that their drug of choice is harmful. It doesn't take long to read the ridiculous excuses people put on here for legalizing it to realize what kind of twisted logic you are dealing with. I hear these excuses from people every day and then I fire them...I just feel sorry for the kids that have these people for parents.

You don't have to actually use drugs to find the illegality of them absurd and arbitrary. I will personally raise my kids to investigate things on their own and not simply accept the word of their govt as to what is bad or good. You of course are free to let others do that for you and your family of you wish

And to boot, I just visited a friend who moved to Colorado and now has a daughter that has gone from 20+. seizures everyday of her life for the last 6 years while undergoing pharma tests and treatments at places such as johns Hopkins and Baylor, to none while using transdermal medical marijuana patches, I ain't got no time for ignorance. And as a business owner for the last decade, not only have I not had to fire many people, but I sure wouldn't brag about doing it. Having to fire people means you suck at your job, imo. You either hired wrong or didn't manage/train/motivate correctly. Bragging about firing someone is basically admitting you suck.
