Auburn Reporting Adams Has Flipped

Someone started a thread the other day about who would be the next to decommit and I said Adams...Probly to Auburn... This is not a big loss. We have 4 DE commits who are better and are set at TE. I would rather wait until next year and get a 4 year guy with more potential!

Do we know for sure that Anthony Johnson is no longer committed to tennessee or was this just an assumption?

Any word on Daniel Adderley? I know he had sit out a year and walk on after transferring from Miami. Could be someone to keep an eye on if he has filled out his frame.

I was shocked that we even offered him, there are many more recruits Id rather see wear orange than him.

eh, 2011 we are looking at having Bartholomew and Jones(if he even ends up at TE). Losing Adams hurts.

Uzomah would be here in 11`. We would probably take another Juco TE in 11'...Milton could be a TE depending on how he develops as well i.e. if he builds mass or not.

I agree Fugate is going to be a FB...I am not saying it does not hurt. An injury to Stocker would be huge next year. We need someone to back him up. But there will be a Juco TE somewhere we land by 11'. Delvin Jones being the back up in 10' is not a fun thing to think about but Adams would still be a major downgrade from Stocker. In the end just another example of how bad recruiting was under the old regime. Where would we be if Fulmer stayed? Uzomah would be ready as a receiving TE as a true freshman. I have seen him play...he is already 220-230. He was a WR last year. He needs a year or two to learn blocking scheme though and bulk up more. I would say think Dudley from OSU and Raiders but without the headcase issues. He is a potential NFL TE if he chooses to go that way. He may decide he wants to be a QB. His accuracy as of now is not SEC calibur and I really dont see that changing. Gtech may go after him as a QB though or the like.
