Watch it again, they aren't even attempting to clear the field though. Malzahn really came up with an awesome formation to cause that penalty or if not get either an uncovered receiver or punt to an empty field. Bama had all the time they needed to substitute they screwed up. Its a great play call by Gus, should keep him his job for another 2 years.
