Jacksonville St really isn't a bad team at all. I forgot they upset Ole Miss a few years ago. Still, this is pretty pathetic so far. What happened to the JJ from last season?

Kodi Burns was QB two years before Newton, and he wasn't that bad. Not good either though.

You're thinking of Kiehl Frazier. Good lord was he bad.

Targeting, not a good day for Auburn. If this stands then about the best thing is that it happened in the end of the first half instead of the beginning of the second.

At this point (as an Auburn hater) it's hard not to laugh, but I agree that alwas a weak call. If a call like that had happened to say Cam Sutton this board would get the pitchforks out.

lot easier said than done when you're in motion. i could understand a late hit penalty, but targeting was pretty weak.

again though, it's irreverent. whats done is done. offense just needs to pull their heads out of their butts.

I had questions about Johnson. Wasn't sure about the hype. But I never thought he'd look like he's blind as a bat.

lol I totally bought into the hype. He looked dang good in limited time last season, and with a full offseason under his belt as the starter and leader of this team, I was expecting great things. at worst, I expected him to be just ok. wasn't expecting this though haha what a disappointment.

that said, I never bought into the hype that this Auburn team had a legitimate chance at making the playoffs. contention to win the sec west, possibly ( I had them finishing 2nd behind Bama), but i was never sold that they'd go undefeated/1-loss. again though, they're looking like they'll finish in the bottom of the sec right now lol
