It might be on YouTube somewhere. Basically it's about a 15 minute short where the fake Mandarin is in jail and a person claiming to be a reporter comes in to "interview" him about pretending to be the Mandarin. Turns out the reporter is actually a member of the Ten Rings terrorist group and that he is going to break the fake Mandarin out of prison to go meet the real Mandarin.
