Stuff with frequencies. I just heard this morning that it’s unlikely. There was one supervisor making to sound like it was 100% going to happen.
That was my dream airplane. Proof that anything could fly with a big enough engine.Dad in a Phantom intercepting a Russian Bear....

Look for Delta 26 if you are working on April 4th. We should be thru your airspace around 18:30-19:00ish. I'll give you a shout out!I’m at Memphis Center. East part of the airspace over and around Nashville.
I work 3 evenings and 2 day shifts right now, plus whatever OT I get. I probably won’t be in the area at either of those times but I’ll find out who is and hopefully get you a shortcut at least on the flight home, or just tell them Chugger owes you a shortcut and they’ll hopefully take care of you.Look for Delta 26 if you are working on April 4th. We are heading over on April 1, but don't takeoff until 23:30, and I am guessing you don't work the late night/early morning shift. But if by chance you are, it is DAL27 to ICN.
Dickens might be who you’re thinking of. He just moved to our area a month or so ago. Seems to be fine. Actually the only supe currently in the area so that explains why you deal with him a lot.
Did you happen to be flying into BNA on Saturday? I worked one of your birds.

LOL No kidding. Thanks in advance for the cut.I work 3 evenings and 2 day shifts right now, plus whatever OT I get. Very familiar with those two call signs and routes. Always fun watching a new trainee not look at the aircraft type and try to slow an A350 behind a 717.
That’d be cool if you went into GLW.Definitely dickens lol. Pretty wild you all only have one supe. I think the least an area has in Indy is two. My area is very briefly at four, but will be back to three in a month. It’s the only way to move around anymore.
I flew Wednesday and Thursday this week. Looks like we had four helicopters flying Saturday, so doesn’t surprise me someone made a trip out west. If we can time it up on a day you’re working, I’ll do an approach into GLW.
One of your guys told me that you asked him to give us a shortcut. I really appreciate that!!!!!!! We had just been looking at it and there was really nowhere to cut as our route to southern Alaska was pretty much a straight line.. I asked him for direct Incheon. He laughed and said um... yeah, naw. Thanks a bunch for the coordination though. That was awesome.I work 3 evenings and 2 day shifts right now, plus whatever OT I get. I'm going to look into it, but it is gonna have to be the right job. I don't want to work 15-20 days/month. I might work the simulators which isn't by any stretch my dream, but it will cover insurance for my wife and its only 4-5 days/month. There are quite a few guys that own their own plane. I want to go down and get my sailplane rating and go soaring. I hear that is real flying. Lots of things to think about in the next chapter.Wanting to do any corporate work or are you hanging it up?
How many of you guys own your own plane?

I’m glad they did! I looked on flight aware and saw you were pretty straight anyway. Maybe next time. One of your guys told me that you asked him to give us a shortcut. I really appreciate that!!!!!!!
