I haven't been privileged to any practices so all I have seen is this video and those like it. My point is that all the yelling/coaching we see on the video is from asst. coaches. Don't tell me that I'm the only one that noticed him saying "PLEASE" to the linebackers.

head coach is the CEO of the team the rah-rah, pump-up stuff and the practice stations will be done by the assistants so chances are you'll hear them yelling more during practice...i promise you lane is in charge.

those guys make practice fun which is hard to do.. A lot of NFL scouts and analyst always said they were shocked at how well prepared and detailed CLK's practices were. They said potentially the best ran practices in the league.

Looks like more than just good recruiter's a lot of good coaching going on there. Gran is a great RB coach he doesn't the backs playing around in the backfield. Its up the field quick that was a big problem last year.

Coach O is so entertaining out there. Not only is he super-intense, but he's got such excellent positive energy. Great feedback, and great positive reinforcement. You can tell the guys really feed off that.
