They are most likely driving impaired or on revoked/suspended license.

A couple weeks ago my buddy was driving home Friday night and the car in front of him plowed into a ten point buck. They slowed down for a little bit and then left. Most people would stop and file a report, but they were probably DUI and weren’t going to wait around for the cops.

Did the driver even realize it was a kid? I think most that drive away in that situation are driving away no matter the age. I'd say like the others are saying, they continued on out of fear of arrest, being high/intoxicated, etc.

I don't get how the cops let her, especially her truck in that shape.
