Yes, the team is young but where is the offensive genius that we hired to be the head coach? Play calling is not very good. Only good call was the screen on the blitz. Same ole same ole I have been watching the last 3 or 4 years. I don't post a lot but I guess I am sick of this as everyone else is. Spread offense and the QB never runs the ball? Butch needs to hire a OC and DC that knows how to win in the SEC or he may have a 4 year career in the SEC.

Overall about what I expected other than two things. Worley has been better than I expected and the receivers have been worse. I am extremely disappointed considering I thought they would be our strength. They have been severely exposed.

Croom has had a very poor game. That makes 3 balls I've seen hit his hands that he hasn't caught. 6'5 245 HAS to catch that ball. Would've put us back in the game.

He CONSTANTLY under performs...if he's not dropping passes he's getting man handled by much smaller DB's.

One word: small.
Defense did well. Offense is a joke.
Big players make big plays. Example: Croom. Plays small. Take the damn ball. Be a man.
To many guys playing small.

Same as past, snatching defeat from the mouth of victory. Several times Vols had chances and they came up small.
D kept them iN game. O should be ashamed.

Hard to outscore folks when your D allows 40+ a game. That offense finished 2nd in the SEC and the only reason they didn't finish first is because we couldn't play our own terrible defense.

D didn't allow 40+....actually under 30 which was pretty good given the field position at times
