Did you even read it Hoss? It simply said that Hall should get more minutes than Williiams bcause of his offensive production. If you don't think thats a valid critique thats fine, Otherwise post something of substance or you can disappear
You are wrong. He played good but your agenda against Him will not let you see that.

There are times when I am glad to have his mass in the paint. But I think his offensive negatives outweigh the positives when he consitently misses minimally contested or wide open looks from 3 ft. The only way he makes it is if his arm is a foot through the rim and he misses half of those. I say more minutes for Hall and be done with Williams. I don"t see him developing futher than what he is now and thats a problem next year with Chism gone.

Double Double last night!! Please list your accomplishments,I sure we will all be amazed! ,VB

It's unbelievable to me that someone can't post their opinion about a player if it's negative or they get called a bad fan.

Lot of people complain about Steven Pearl. I know he is not a scorer but at least he hustles his azz off. He guard guy alot bigger than he is and wont back down, look at Cousins when we played them. He plays alot because of what we have on the bench. B Williams is playing better now than he was. These are kids playing college basketball, Not NBA and getting paid, ie Kentucky

Agree completely about Pearl. but a lot of folks will hate on that kid and let Williams slide with the excuse he is a " role player" and should'nt be expected to make a wide open layup. Here are the facts on Williams.
Freshman year= 2.8ppg and 3.5rpg
Soph= 5ppg and 5.6 rpg
This season= 5ppg and 5.3 rpg not incl. 10 game suspension
Im glad the kid had a good game and am thrilled with the win but he is a scholly player as opposed to Pearl and therefore should be developing into a solid post. The fact is he isn't and you could put 5"11" Melvin Goins down low for the same amount of minutes and probably get more out of him( just a silly example). He has been there 3 years and has not progressed along with bringing huge amounts of bad press to the program. Pearl who gives up 5" to Williams actually plays better defense in the paint and is ables to stay with the quicker post i.e. Cousins.

The obligatory seek out a player's weakness thread after a win. I was getting worried Volnation might give the team a pass after this win.

+ a million!! Right on! I mean since we've put Williams in the starting lineup we've started to play our best ball. Oh, and where are the JP haters now?! People just love to focus on the negatives. Both those guys are the reason we're playing our best ball now and ended up with 23-7 record!

WTF. Double double. He played great. We are much better with him than without him. Kudos to Kenny, Brian and Steven. They had Varnado's number.
