You definitely get to know your neighbors at Neyland Stadium.

I think I'm bringing my shoe horn in '07.

At least in Columbia, it's only tight for three quarters, then it gets pretty darn comfortable.

Yeah....even the drunk guy behind you who brought his Jack D. in when he yells random stuff at the players while spilling half the bottle down your back and while you leave you get questioned about being a drunk.

Half of us here could have been that guy sitting behind you.

Be honest . . . How many of you stand there prior to a game and see a 300 pound guy walking up the steps and think "Please God . . . not on my row". :biggrin2:

I don't think he was taking shots at anyone, just further commenting on how close together the seats are. You need a small child sitting beside you to have any room at all.

Jeez . . . Are we maybe just a little sensitive? I was just talking about how narrow the seats are at Neyland. It's a great atmosphere with really uncomfortable seats; especially if you're a big guy (like me) or sitting next to a big guy (like me). :dunno: Even average sized fans feel crowded.

As a fellow fat person.... I recommend you take yourself a little less seriously, calm down, and go eat a Twinkie.

What just happened here? :dunno:

I think in your rebuttal, you called yourself a big guy and he didn't think was funny either.

I would like to take this the vertical route.. It's also hard for taller people such as myself to sit with the little leg room allowed. Unless you're under the age of 10, you're just not going to have any space, vertical or horizontal.

My suggestion, don't go to the games if you can't deal.

How do they take to standing elsewhere during games at Neyland? I like to stand elsewhere from a seating area during football games.

There's really nowhere to do that unless you stand in the aisle . . .

Dont worry..UT made my visit to the Swamp miserable the next yr...well that and the heat..thought it was bad enough to sit in all that rain in Neyland til I had to sit through a noon game at The Swamp.

The seating is close but aren't they all? The worse place to be seated is right in the middle of a row.I normally stay seated the entire freaking game rather than fool with the in and out process. :banghead:
