UF will be fine without Grier for the time being. Harris gives them mobility and playmaking ability on the run that they desperately need with that ****ty O-line of theirs. Though if the refs actually decide to call them for holding more than once a game, their offense will probably go in the tank.

According to a guy on Twitter :eek:lol:

Exactly. And I never want to miss an opportunity to throw shade at Florida, even if it's just passing along info from some guy on Twitter. This is a vols message board after all. If you don't like it then go back to gatorbait or whatever second rate Florida board you're fond of.

Oh I love it, nothing like spreading rumors based on a reputable source like "a guy on Twitter". :eek:lol:

Hurd gained 15-18 lbs and many looked at that as a good jump. 3.5lbs of muscle a month would require some serious weight lifting. I don't know many QB's that are heave lifters.

Either way, He's either stupid or a cheat, and deserves the 1 yr ban.

1. You cannot gain 3.5 lbs of muscle in a month. You can gain 3.5 lbs of weight in a month (hell, even a week).
2. Hurd could put on more, but it would be detrimental to his speed most likely. It is not that he cannot add weight or capped at 15-18 lbs.
3. Skinny people that follow a detailed mass gain program and weight regimen can add a crazy amount of weight in a year. I added about 50 lbs in one year naturally when I was very small.
4. Even as I have advanced considerably for years, I can still add 6 lbs a month in a bulk. It is just 1.5 lbs a week. Very easy to do if you understand protein and carb ratios with the correct training methodology.
5. All QB's are put on a weightlifting program like other football players. AJ McCarron benched almost 400 lbs and a QB at Northwestern benched over 405 lbs as examples.
6. What he took isn't really going to do anything. It is a ripoff. If you are not taking the needle (and he isn't), it is pretty much meh crap.
