Bama Coach in trouble

The other problem is see is that umpires curse coaches now. If you want respect and be professional, then act professional. NO matter what they say to you, you either eject them or walk away. The words we taught in umpiring school. When you let them draw you in, you are done.

We as a society have allowed umpires and officials in general to have a spot in the limelight. It comes especially from the professional ranks but now is rearing its head in the college ranks. These men and women act like people are there to see them and no one should know or care who is officiating a game. They should just be part of the field or court. They are just there to enforce the rules not imply their own thoughts. I had one tell me as a fellow umpire that he didn't like the new rules and was not going to call them. I told the assigner to never send me with him again and he should not be umpiring. Your opinion does not matter.

I'm positive the umpire told Alabama coach to take his *** back to the dugout. That is when he went off.

If you go to the 3:36 mark of this video you’ll see the play. Don’t know how he thought this was an out and thought he had a good enough view to make that determination. I think he’d seen enough and was ready to hit the showers.

That's not what set him off. One of our players was slow playing the Bama pitcher by constantly stepping out of the batter's box. I couldn't believe our guy was doing it and kept waiting for the pitcher to throw at his head.

Long story short, our guy worked the count to 3-2 and then hit a homerun :) :) , The Bama fans were going nuts, and their coach was already nuts. I knew something bad was about to happen 😂😂😂😂

Really great article discussing how NCAA baseball have turned the umpires into the No Fun Police contrary to MLB which encourages “let the kids play”. Most of the new rules implemented by the NCAA baseball were TN rules:
1) no celebratory props may be used outside of dugout
2) no bat flips
3) no watching home runs
With every homerun we've hit, the umpire follows our hitter 10 feet down the first base line. It's almost like they know what's coming next o_O o_O o_O o_O

The next “TN Rule” will be offensive timeouts timed at 45 seconds.

We as a society have allowed players and coaches show their asses and applaud them for it. When umpires names are in box scores, that whole "no one should know them" argument goes out the window.

Jomboy missed a golden opportunity to show Fischer’s trolling Bama by taking a long offensive timeout and then a 2nd long break after he fouled a ball off his foot. Not his best work but still an interesting watch.

That was an epic moment by Fischer. It was also done within the confines of the rules. Sometimes I think those Tide fans hate losing to Tennessee worse than losing to Auburn. We have their number in every sport.
