Exactly. The "artist" (for lack of a better term) was clearly parodying an iconic piece of art, and was not making any kind of criticism of, or affront to, Christianity.

I have a much bigger issue with someone clearly displaying that he is not only ignorant of said iconic piece of art, but thinks that references to homosexuality are clever insults.

My own religious views aside:

It's a parody of a recognizable piece of art.

There's most likely not any insult or criticism of or towards Christianity or any religion in its intention or really in its execution...a parody doesn't have to mean a negative view or message regarding the original; that and people have made parodies of this piece of work for decades, at the very least a century

To answer your question:

No, it's not an affront to Christianity. If your personal faith leads you to look for a fainting couch when you see something so genuinely innocuous, then I would say that's on you, and not on the "artist" (again, for lack of a better term).

I'm no more bothered by anyone insulting Bryant and Saban than I am by anyone parodying a piece of religious-themed artwork.

As much as you would like people to believe that you are policing your rival message boards guarding against the message board injustices against homosexuality and that your indignation has nothing to do with the insults to your idols, I think everybody here knows a troll when they see one. So let me put this to you in terms you might be more familiar with...the bryant denny stadium is closed, go back to your trailer parks!

Other opinions don't bother me at all nor do different lifestyles bother me. I think you should ask yourself that very question since I didn't say anything at all against different lifestyles and you are trying desperately to make it out to be something it's not. And as for an "echo chamber" why, (if you are so diverse) are you only in the threads that have something to do with bama? If I put you on ignore, I would have missed all this fun embarrassing you this afternoon. Don't get too butthurt though, I'm just having a little fun with you. I would like to understand what compels a person to spend all day on a rivals message board though.
