Bama LSU are going to be our only stumbling blocks

I wouldn’t count our chickens. Plenty of other teams in the conference that can beat us if we have an off night. Auburn with Cooper is an entirely different animal. Kentucky is still Kentucky. Florida is solid, too.

Still have to show up and play each game like it’s for a title.

Kentucky is not Kentucky right now. I beg to differ.

I don’t mean Kentucky is a good team right now. I mean that is still a roster loaded with talent and regardless of how they are playing you cannot over look them.

There are potentially 3 first round draft picks on that roster even if they aren’t playing like it right now. It’s not a team you can just say “Easy win.”

Alabama is no slouch.

alabama will win the sec easily this year
I love you Cat' but this seems a little hawt. As they discuss that Alabama and LSU stand out above the others in the SEC. Please take note of this slight...bitches....
Edit_"they" being the broadcast crew of the LSU vs USCe game.

They do have a much easier schedule than us from this point forward, but i wouldn’t say it will be “easily.” If I were a betting man, I’d probably wager money that they win the conference, but it’s not money I’d feel confident in.

Why is it that every time TN is poised to dominate and win the SEC, some other team always comes out of nowhere and has their best season in recent history?

Is it just me??

Question is if we played next weekend who you got in a rematch... I’d ride with the Vols

If the game took place next weekend, at this moment, I think Alabama would be favored and I would probably pick Alabama to win. They're just on a hot streak and it's tough to beat any team that shoots (and makes) the 3-ball at their clip. We've also been inconsistent offensively lately.

Now, if this rematch took place to end the season? I'd take Tennessee. I think Alabama is currently playing close to their ceiling. Tennessee is not even close to their ceiling. We have an entirely different level we could tap into and I think potentially by the end of the season if Springer & Johnson begin to feel more comfortable and if Fulky reasserts himself as the player he was last year, we'd beat anyone we played.

Well, these 2 supposed juggernauts play each other Tuesday or Wednesday, so after UT dominates the very soft Gators, we will be alone in 2nd place or a 3-way tie for first (in the loss column). So eff 'em both, Bama can lose to anybody, LSU is the only team that really scares me in the SEC

I think Bama is good, but that was a game we win 9 times out of 10. We had by far our worst shooting performance in years, and it was a 6 point game (69-63) with under a minute left. If we shot 10% worse than our season average, we win that game. It was also Bama’s best shooting game of the year....50% from three with 75% of those being contested shots.....it’s basketball, nights like that just happen.

Bama is a good team, but I wouldn’t be scared to face them again. I think LSU is probably better, I know Tennessee is.

Damn, only u, Cat. Bama lives by the 3 and they will die by it, that's why they have 3 losses and are not ranked. They will be next week, but I bet they lose to somebody they shouldn't to, this week. This is NOT football, Buck Fama
Alabama still has to play LSU twice.

Add Pons being in early foul trouble & Springer leaving game for good in 1st half plus being atrocious from the free throw line and you get a "L"...should have been a wider margin of victory for Bama frankly
