you can’t really libel or slander the dead although some states will let the estate open a suit on basically reputation tarnishing.
Ye gave his opinion and he’s entitled to have one just like everyone else.
One of the several ME reports showed well over the deadly amount of fentanyl in his system and listed it as a contributing factor.
