Dude is really gonna hate the Vols now
All jokes aside, dude doesn't deserve to have his livelihood taken, regardless of how big of a piece of **** online he may be. Just some friendly advice, if you are gonna post abhorrent takes about assaulting women, probably want to not use your real name as your handle.
I believe Bama is gonna have an open slot on their roster in the very near future. I support due process but the video is pretty clear. I mean it’s worth scrubbing the video for edits etc… but it’s not looking good for the Bama player. Bama has a PR nightmare unfolding on the national scene. Saban thought the press was Rat poison before, well he’s got his hands full with this fiasco.View attachment 503504
Just to show those who think she was in the way how he turned, and reached to hit her. It's her fault though according to some.
Slander has never been protected speech.
Did you actually read the article you posted? Because this was the second sentence.
The rapper, who goes by Ye, erroneously declared on a podcast that Floyd died from fentanyl, not as the result of police brutality.
He made what used to just be an offhand comment in a new digital world and the cancel culture got him. May he serve as a lesson to older fans about their social media usage
Is that Dooley riding on the back?Absolutely correct.
Another stupid bamer will hire him.
You know, dumb and dumber!
Besides, if your gonna be stupid, you better be tough………

Saying that this dude "punched" her is way off the mark.......I'd say it was more like he swiped her phone out of his face while walking off the field. This is about as big of a nothing burger as you're gonna find, but you do you Volnation.....you do you.........
You're correct, she could absolutely be charged with criminal trespass. Of course UT would never do that as they shouldn't. However, can you prove his intent? Can you prove what his state of mind was in that moment? The answer is no. Especially in that environment, in that moment, in that situation. He's going to say that when she ran toward him holding her phone in his face while walking through thousands of hostile fans, and he felt threatened and defended himself. Again, her choice was to violate a rule that is there "For the safety of participants and spectators alike." She suffered the consequence of having her phone knocked out of his face. This is being blown way out of proportion. I know it's great that we beat Bama, but come on. We just had one of our players get arrested for aggravated assault for beating a drunk guy so bad he knocked his teeth out. People on this board have been defending that for a week now. Hypocrisy knows no bounds.......
That is so solid.Maybe she’ll get a lawyer and let the courts settle it. OR, maybe he will get one to try and justify his ignorant azz stupidity!
Here’s one he can call:
