Bama start's rumor that Tennessee fans beat up little trainer after win

Some clown called Finebaum to say Tennessee fans were bad to the Ala players leaving. The video of Bama players leaving is on Al.com. No Tennessee fans were even close to them.

This is going around that the height challenged trainer with Bama was beaten after the game by tenn fans. Has anyone heard if this is true or not?View attachment 502728

Here's the best part: The trainer they are referencing is John Bartlett. He was a grad assistant hired by bama so at least one person on the sideline's would be shorter than Nick Saban. The problem with the accusation is that John Bartlett left Alabama (graduated) in 2016 and was employed by the Tennessee Titans in 2017 and is loved and respected by Tennessee Titans fans.

Bama has an LP currently on staff. He's a student. His name escapes me at the moment.

And he actually did get a bit dinged up in the post-game. But I have not heard anyone with the program say that it was malicious or even intentional. When you're just over 4' and there are a lot elbows in a crowd, crap happens.

I was there, and all the Vol fans around me were great. I had a really good time in spite of the result.

I know booze can make people do stupid things, but I don't believe that there are many folks who would decide to go after an LP in a Bama polo, no matter how liquored up. Plus, that dude is part of the crew, and more than a few Bama players would have been all over anyone that tried to screw with him.
