We got Kentucky just as they started to get it together. Still would’ve beaten them if we just hit layups. Maybe Alabama is just starting to slide back a little. One can hope.

I didn’t see the game…what did MSU do to slow down Alabama’s offense?

The UT game was their springboard. Hard to say they were getting it together at 1-3 in conference with 2 straight Ls. They would've lost to UGA and/or A&M if they lost in Knoxville and would be buried. Now they're in the thick of it because Tennessee couldn't take advantage of the opportunity.

I think you know it doesn't mean a thing. Alabama is loaded. They had a game in which they weren't locked in, and it almost cost them a loss. I do like our chances against them at home, though, mainly because we're likely to be underdogs and will play angry.

Huh? They weren’t getting it together when they went 1-3. Didn’t say that. I said the Tennessee game was when they started to. They played better against Tennessee than they had been playing and Tennessee played worse.
