If Bama and Boise St. were to play, I would be pulling for Boise St. all the way. Same if LSU goes to the game.

I want Boise to finally get in so we all can see if they are for real. It would finally shut everyone up.

There's just a difference between playing a full schedule and having to show up once or twice a year, IMO

You could say the same about a really good ACC or Pac-12 team, tbh. (leaving the Big East out because Big East and really good do not belong in the same sentence ever)

Oh, I know. Just not to the same extent on the schedule.

Stanford/Oregon had to play GREAT football for one game this season. Each other.

Yeah, Oregon-LSU, I know.

Also, I understand that teams can only beat the opponents on their schedule. Clemson has looked excellent. OK State as well. Doesn't mean these teams are no good, it's just different.

I'll watch 'em all regardless.

This is pretty much my take on it. I can't stand Boise, and hate how they act like they are entitled to play for championships without ever playing anybody along the way to earn that right, but I WILL NOT cheer for Alabama.

In reality it would just be cheap NC win for LSU or Alabama. At least with another team they would have to show up.

If that matchup happens it will be just like Hawaii-Georgia in 2007
Except Boise played Georgia and handled them pretty well...This years Boise team>>>>>2007 Hawaii. I personally would like to see them play Bama or LSU. Not saying they'd win but it'd be interesting at least.

How does Boise act like they are entitled to play for championships? Everything I have ever heard come out of Chris Petersen's mouth has been praise for the BCS and how good the system has been to them.

Bama would kill Boise? Just like BAMA would kill Utah in the 08 Sugar Bowl? Lol. Nothing would make me smile more than watching Boise man handle BAMA

Nothing? Sad you have given up hope that your own team can't do this.

The game already happened this year?

And, JMO, the Utah game would be a totally different scenario than the BCS title game.

And from all the posts there was no hope that ut could handle Bama this year or the next.

Take away almost any team's 4 best players and they won't be able to beat the best team in the country. Funny how that works.

We didn't think we had a realistic shot to beat you, No.

But we played you better than anyone has all season.
