So "we aren't there yet" means no, we can't beat bama?

Why are you doing this? As I said in the poll No means NO, Noway, but we aren't there yet means we are close but just not there yet! Why do you insist over something so trivial? You are making a mountain out of a mole hill. Should have just posted YES OR NO.... would you have been happy then? I'll say this and then drop it..... I don't post here to make people happy. I post to reply and ask questions, not to pick an argument against another poster. Jeez. Did your dog not play with you growing up? Were you the kid that was bullied in school. Relax man

I think we can, but we need to play our absolute best football and could use some breaks.

AL is going to run run run.

We will see if our run defense can hold up against the best back they've seen this year.

I'm as optimistic as I've been against Bama in a long time, but I think it's still an uphill battle.

If you read some of the bama forum comments many don’t care if they lose to us. Overall it won’t make a difference. But. If they lose probability of another lose potentially goes up. They know they may have met their match this Saturday
They are acting very uncharacteristically insouciant 😂

What's the difference between no and "we're not there yet"?
I think he's just acknowledging a hopeful middle ground. A lot of years, there has felt like a sense of dread about this game. This year, it feels like we've got a little something for them and at least have a puncher's chance if we turn them over a couple of times and score some points.

Lol you were extremely vague. You know what would make me happy? Being clear on your question. You only put "no". Because "we're not there yet" also means no. Did you not have friends growing up because you didn't know how to clearly ask them to be your friend?

No is diffident.
We aren't there yet is we are close to competing. Did you have to have help with your homework too?

Perhaps the reason why "I am doing this" is because I asked a simple question for you to clarify a vague question before I voted and you treated me like I'm stupid.

But "relax" bro and play with your dog that loves you

Voted we are not there yet just because any given Saturday but given where we were just 2 years ago, we shouldn’t be competing with Alabama. CJH has done a tremendous job putting the players in a position to even be thought about having a chance. Me personally feel like these are the games that puts it back in perspective of where we were and are but yet are headed. Win or lose, I love what Coach has done for the program. 45-32 Alabama

I hope this post is bumped and everyone bashes me, I’d love nothing more!

I had your same thought process when I read it. I was thinking both mean no. Lol but just went with “we are not there yet” and took it my own way and explained

If this team continues its current trajectory it won't even be close. Should have beaten florida by 17, beat lsu by 23 and left points on the table. Bama squeaks by a decent texas team and mediocre texas a&m, they are ripe for the picking.

We've got a damn good football team and bama know there's 15 years of seething frustration waiting for them. Wouldn't want to be in their shoes.

Tennessee 35 bama 27

Come on……..of corse Tennessee can.

If A&M was 1 play away from doing it, and if Texas should have…….then no doubt whatsoever Tennessee “can.”

I don’t even think it matters what Bama does…..not this year (don’t need Bama to play bad).

It simply matters what Tennessee does.

doesn’t happen that often however I was spot on this time.

It simply didn’t matter what Bama did. It didn’t matter who was Bama’s QB……..this time it simply mattered what Tennessee did.
