It's kinda the luck of the drawl on what you get but they are supposed to shoot and the history of the gun could talk ain't no telling how many people it shot one guy got one built in 1899 and he fixed it up it looked nice it don't come with the clip but you can still shoot it since it's bolt action he also put a bayonet on it. The built in cleaning stick comes with them.

I have a 742 woodsmaster semi in 30/06 I’d sell you for 400$. I have no sentimental attachment too it and have not hunted with it in years.

I looked up value on those and it said 250$ yours must be nice.

Slice I have some tung oil I used on guitar wood but it's made for guns "wood" if that was mine I would want to darken that wood a little I like the old school look. Yours is just new and don't get me wrong it's nice and the wood will age of mine I would like to try and age the wood.

I’m damn excited about it. I like guns that are fun to shoot. Those I will trade or sell.
I have guns that have sentimental value. Those are mine till I die.
I also collect guns that have a history.
If they killed Nazis or were taken from dead Nazis then they are collectible IMO. Those are also mine till I die. Lol

It’s funny how many woodmasters are out there. I inherited one from my mom’s dad. I never shoot it but I feel like I have to keep it as long as my mom and her sister are alive in case they ever ask to see their dad’s guns. Favorite thing I got from him was a 22 targetmaster that I learned to shoot with. He didn’t have much extra cash and his firearms were decidedly blue collar but the stuff I got from him are probably the ones I most value.

So I picked up the 16ga bolt action shotgun that was my dads given too him by his dad. Cleaned it up and shot it yesterday. It was a hoot and a half.
