I resolved to learn a couple of new things this year, so I picked up a nice banjo. I have the Scruggs book and have watched some online lessons, was just wondering if anyone has experience with stuff that would be helpful.
I'm proficient on the guitar and piano, so theory isn't an issue. Thus far, I just need repetition to train my thumb to roll to the fifth string high note. I have a tutor/ instructor to guide me, as well.
