Barnes calling out Dalton?

The players on this team do not know or understand how to play with a player like Knecht. Instead of feeding of the attention he draws they shrivel up and hide. Their inactivity and lack of willingness to participate in the offense is going to allow double teams on Knecht.

Don't know how serious you're being. But man, we need him getting offensively agressive and knocking down 3s come NCAAT. CRB spoke about it some concerning his confidence.
I criticized Vescovi in another thread and got ridiculed for it. I was told I don't know anything about basketball...but I want nothing more than to see Vescovi succeed. That's not going to stop me from calling him out.

I am not blaming Knetch, but in many of our losses he scored a lot of points”

Kentucky – 40

South Carolina – 31

Mississippi State – 28

North Carolina – 37

The rest of the team shouldn’t rely on him to do all the scoring. When we beat Kentucky last month, Knetch had 16, but the scoring was spread out. We are better when everyone contributes.

I agree when everyone conyributes but Dk was 14 for 29 Zig 6 for 15 for 45% FG. The rest of the team was 8 for 30 for 27%. You are not going to win many games with 27% fg.

Yeah, they really shriveled up at Rupp and Coleman. You're on to something.

This past Saturday must have been your first game

Big take is that the game isn’t too big for DK and he’s not afraid of the moment to try and get a key basket or help us make a run while we have others with the exception of ZZ that do not seemingly have confidence or have shown the consistency to be that go to guy in key situations.
Not sure what’s going on in SV’s head now with his confidence now, but holding out hope he gets it going soon offensively.
I do know both SV and JJJ help out in more ways then just scoring, but it would be a huge plus to watch them score or make an effort to do so.
Consistency at the FT line has got to get better as well..just my opinions

I'm a really big Barnes fan but didn't like his comment. DK is the heart and soul of this offense and let's be honest, without him, we wouldn't have beaten Bama, Auburn, Florida, etc. How many times have we seen our guys just flat out miss open shots? That's like telling Curry to pass the ball more because it's a team game?

Yeah it was. The best thing about DK’s games is he plays in and out of the offense. This is our best offensive season since grant Williams and it isn’t because of Rick’s offensive sets. Lol.
People keep complaining other players aren't involved in the offense. This is one of the reasons why. DK is a great basketball player but he's not flawless.

They’re not getting involved because they’re moving without the ball as much and they should… watch the way the Suns play offense around KD.
