The party has started! How long till DiFi trots Ford back out with accusations of Barr assaulting her in grad school?

I wonder how many times he attended frat parties & handed out the red solo cups from the punch bowl.
I wonder what secret messages in code were written down in his HS yearbook?

Lindsey questioning him now. Already went to FBI investigations of Trump and is on Page/Stzrok texts now.

They just went over Sessions chosing to recuse. Barr said he thought it was the correct thing to do. Lindsey agreed. Barr spoke highly of not hot Rod.

Seems to be diffusing several potential Dim attacks at the outset.

DiFi questioning now. Opened wanting a pinky promise Barr won’t be mean to Bobby.

Moving to questions on how Barr and DOJ would respond to requests from POTUS which might be illegal or abuse of power. “Emoluments clause” discussion now.

Play by play ends. Off to work.

Possibly my favorite Trump appointee since Gorsuch. (Not a high bar as Gorsuch is about the only one I’ve actually liked.)

He’s qualified and by all credible accounts not a sycophant yes-man. I’m not going to agree with everything he does, but it feels like a return to the spectrum of “reasonable decisions I just don’t happen to agree with.”

Also don’t think his memo disqualifies him in any way and frankly the media blowing it up into some conflict of interest is petty and biased.

If he sticks to his word that:

1) Mueller should be allowed to finish;
2) The Congress and the public should see the report; and,
3) He will not allow political pressure from Trump to influence any of that

I'm good. If he is confirmed and there is even a whiff of departure from that, he will have to be gone in 60 seconds.

You will be screeching about him within a day of his confirmation regardless of what he does.

Isn’t that the way it’s suppose to work?
That’s why Dims won’t come on Fox, they know the questions will be hard for them and they can’t defend their talking points.

The best example I can show you of why Democrats won't come on Fox is the O'Reilly/Obama interview where O'Reilly famously interrupted him 48 times in 14 minutes while he was trying to answer his questions. As a rule Fox asks an question then talks over their guests while they try to answer.

Was that before Obama threatened to shut Fox News down?

Btw, the video doesn’t play.

That's like your snarky buddy on CNN's "Primetime w/Cuomo". He's the most & biggest douchebag of TV hosts.

Leslie Stahl blew that number away in her interview of Trump.

You've clearly never watched Chris Matthews interview somebody he disagrees with.

So, CNN basically said hold my beer and one up'd FOX. The difference here is that O'Reilly was an a**hole and did not try to hide it nor pretend who he was and his agenda. As for those tools over at CNN, they consistently say one thing then do the opposite and act like millennials that didn't get what they wanted in every interview.

The differences between how each interview is conducted based upon party affiliation with that network have become too obvious.

Barr is best friends with Mueller, so getting confirmed should be easy peazy, but keep your eye on the Jesuits, think ahead 4 moves

Because when their lips are moving, they are lying
