Barton "good to go" Against Xavier

Thompson is no part of the reason why Tennessee lost tonight.

You're right, the problem was our two Wooden Award candidates decided puke all over themselves. Maymon is also far removed from being the menacing presence he used to be prior to his knee problems. Poor spacing, poor ball movement, poor help side/back side and post defense, poor judgment with the basketball, still careless when it comes to turnovers, poor shooting and egregiously poor free throw shooting. Am I missing anything else? Oh, wait, Cuonzo is still sitting on the bench...

McRae puked all over himself???

I agree on Stokes, but McRae kept this game close.

100% agree of Jeronne, it was tough to watch him out there honestly.

Jordan decided to show up the final 4 minutes of the second half. He should have demanded the ball earlier. It's becoming abundantly clear this team goes as far as Jordan will take us.

Did you not watch the first half?[/QUOTE

It was the same story in the first half as well. Jordan is capable of being a 30, 7, and 5 kind of performer on a nightly basis. He has to be more assertive out there if Tennessee wants to be playing meaningful basketball come March. Are you really going to try and convince me that this was one of Jordan's better games?

I was actually impressed with Barton in the second half. Barton, Richardson, and McRae the most. Our bigs not so much, but hey how can you when you hear the whistle blow every time the ball goes into the paint...

Pop quiz, how many guys in the last 20 years of CBB have averaged 30, 7 and 5......I'll wait.

I meant to type 20, and even though he had 23, many of those buckets were late desperation jumpers. Again, are you going to try and convince me that Jordan had wonderful night? I'm still waiting.....
