It means you don't have to try out. The coaches like you but not enough to give a scholarship to.

Not necessarily. It could mean they are out of scholarships for the year but want you on the team. Coaches basically recruit us and want us to try and earn our scholarships or wait for one to open up. "Grey-shirting." We do also get some benefits that scholarship players get.

I owe you an apology, I have a friend that works at the Kville airport. He said momma Dooley and Vince flew in tonight. They were met by Dooley. They all embraced and momma was crying.

See...

Here is your order Sir,

I would rather have tressel than gruden. Proven college coach, great defensive mind, great recruiter, what else do we want?
He'd be in my top 2-3 if Gruden fell through. People overreact to everything and assume the NCAA would have it out for us if we hired him. Not true. We'd have to report progress/status of our internal monitoring, but we pretty much do that anyway. No reason to think the NCAA would be lurking around, waiting to pounce. That is just silliness.

Bama had Book Gate (same thing Tressel's players were accused of...selling their belongings. Saban's players sold textbooks, and OSU players sold/traded their jersey's) and they never got sanctioned by the NCAA. They aren't sniffing around Saban's office.

I wouldn think if you want to play for the UT you should keep your info silent. Were going to need all the help we can get next year and I don't want you to get in trouble for posting privy information on a message board.

It isn't like his username is Rob Johnson at 303 Hill Street....could really be a chunky wannabe cheerleader for all we know
