They're going to win (they're about to score again in the 4th quarter) but it took them so long to get going that they're probably going to only score around in the 30s unless Texas gives them some INTs for touchdowns in the last 9 minutes.
There's not two teams available that bring in enough revenue to make it worthwhile.
They'd just be serving the same pie but every team getting a smaller piece rather than how they have it now (which is that each team gets a larger piece - per school - than the other BCS conferences because, while it's a 10 team conference, they're still splitting a TV contract the base numbers of which were designed around paying for 12 teams).
