This is advantage of playing in the ACC. Had Clemson played like that against most of the teams in the SEC, they'd be down at least 2 scores and not up by 1 score right now..

I would agree you are right wrt Bama, UGA, and UF. Probably LSU as well. Toss up with USC and AU. Everyone else Clemson rolls.

If you look at recruiting rankings (not perfect) over the past 3 yrs, you would see we are closer to Bama than the 2nd place team in the ACC is to Clemson and we are (right now), a bad football team....
