I'm currently using bcaas and have used them previously with good results. I notice them the most when it comes to recovery time. And I'm almost never sore when I'm taking them. Which can be a little frustrating cause I like to feel a little sore, makes me feel like I've really worked out hard lol.
I usually drink half serving about 30 minutes before I go and the rest during my workout.
Do you use any type of pre-work mix like jack3d or C-4? I've been thinking about trying something along those lines but have yet to do so.
Edit: forgot to say that I do take some post workout as well if my protien doesn't have bcaas already in it.
Yeah. Normally I cycle the three.
I'll use creatine for about 8 weeks and durin the 6th week I'll start using the other two. I'll use them for about 8 weeks and on the 6th week start back on creatine.
Nothing has more proven research than creatine.
I use to drink a glass of creatine after a work out. I liked it and it made me feel better.
But my question is can I take those suppliments along with testosterone injections. ( plus a b-12 injection) I haven't been working out lately but it seems I may have some spare time soon.
I need a good regiment to do.

Creatine and protein is all you need.
For building muscle mass, those are, indeed, the most essential. For optimal health, however, fish oil is an absolute must. Its benefits are too numerous to list, but cardiovascular benefits, especially for the purposes of significantly reducing triglycerides, are well documented. The anti-inflammatory properties of EPA and DHA, the omega-3s in fish oil, are particularly helpful for joint health, and DHA is utterly critical for proper brain development and neurological function. For a massive archive of research articles pertaining to the physiological benefits of fish oil supplementation, see Omega Research.
