Let me clarify: Boise vs Cincy would be great only if the the #3 and 4 teams are one loss Alabama and Florida...imagine the uproar

As said, the situation in the SEC will work itself out.

I don't pay any mind to how the BCS rankings are working out in the middle of the season anyways, they're designed only to be right at the end.

Has Florida #1 and Alabama #2 by 66 points. Texas is behind Alabama by 75 points and only LSU #9, and South Carolina #24 are even in the top 25. We HAVE TO beat Bama this year! Make it Kiffin's signature win.

I was all set to say the most likely to lose between now and the SECCG would be UF, but then I looked at the schedules.

UF has SEC games against MSU, UGA, USC, and Vandy. UF also has FSU, though this year that seems to be a relatively easy game for the Gators.

Alabama has SEC games against UT, LSU, MSU, and Auburn.

Really, Alabama has the tougher road, though frankly neither team has any excuse if it loses a game heading to Atlanta.

Any chance if Bama and Florida both go undefeated and the SEC championship game is close they have a rematch for the NC? Either of these teams would kill Texas. If the goal is to have the 2 best teams play for the NC then these 2 teams would meet twice this season.

SC beats ohio state, ND, and cal on the road and their computer ranking is that bad? what the hell? name another team with 3 victories that good. and yes i know cal and nd aren't great, but certainly better than the florida atlantics of the world.

The tOSU victory getting badly, badly tarnished this weekend didn't help at all. That said, the beauty contest portion of the poll ruins any shot it has at objectivity.

If Iowa goes undefeated they'll be crying from the mountain tops "We deserve a shot at the National Championship". My opinion holds no weight, but I'll be right next to them yelling "No you don't".

This season could get very interesting if Cincy, Boise, and Iowa run the table. IMO the powers to be will not put them over a 1 loss florida/bama/USC. You can bet they are hoping for a bama/florida Texas undefeated match up for the NC. If Tennessee or anybody can beat bama and bama beats florida in the SEC title game giving them both 1 loss. The cries will turn into screams for the undefeated teams.:popcorn:
