Beamer

Both are pretty much equal and slappable. Pretty sure Beamer wasn’t going to mess with Bielema other than talk. Bielema is about twice his size and a little bit of a redneck.
Beamer is a whiner but Bielema is a jackhole who is a lot of talk himself. Back at Arkansas he talked a lot of trash before the Texas Tech game and said they'd kick their ass and after Tech beat them Kingsbury threw Bielema's own words back at him and Bielema whined like a b**** about it.

Big Ten Brett sure opened the eyes of everybody for next season on returning kickoffs. The extended arms are no where mentioned in the rule book as something equivalent to a fair catch. It's perfectly legal, and the kicking team treated it as a fair catch. If it's legal, then it is what it is.
True but on that "trick play", SCAR returned the kick to the 25. A lot of effort and planning by Beamer for absolutely nothing.

This is totally bogus. No way opposing fans reached out to Beamer with messages of support after his tantrum at the bowl game.

South Carolina head football coach Shane Beamer shares shocking message from SEC fans after Bret Bielema incident

Beamer named Tennessee and Florida’s faithful while discussing who contacted him in the aftermath. “I do appreciate the number of people that have either come up to me in public or texted me after the game, Or called me after the game, saying, 'What you did was right, man, I wasn't a Gamecock before, but I am now.'

I posted about this yesterday and it mysteriously vanished. If SC has a good season and makes the playoffs, he is going to use this momentum to leap over to a bigger and better job. Beamer is betting on one of the two, or maybe even both schools needing a head coach at the end of next season.

Both schools? Are you meaning UT?

You have to ask yourself, "Why would a rival coach (with ties to one of the school's mentioned in the article) be complimenting two other SEC schools"?

Anything could happen next season, such as Oklahoma firing Venables and offering the job to Heupel.

Beamer is a punk, he isn't half of the coach his dad was, Beamer will never do the things in coaching that his dad has already done
Love him or hate him, he exceeded expectations at SC last season.

They were a few plays from being in the playoffs. As long as they have a healthy Sellers, they are going to be a threat.

Yeah .... I don't believe a word of that. Tennessee and Florida fans who didn't like Beamer before that incident, aren't going to change their minds just because of it. That really does sound like something made up on the fly. It doesn't make any sense.

And on a practical matter, how many opposing fans have Beamer's phone number to call or text him?

Spurrier's private number got painted on the rock once and he didn't get many complimentary calls as I remember.

You aren't aware of Loservol's shtick? Tennessee has horrible players, worse coaches and everything about UT is heading off a cliff into an endless black hole. But he loves the Vols
Can’t recall. He’s been on Ignore for months, never to return along with numerous others. Got no patience for ignorance or trolls in my old age.
