That's great brother.....all the stuff going on in the world right now, all the uncertainty......people who don't know God and even those who are lukewarm about Him will quickly be seeking Him. We need to continue being a light and a salt.

The world isn't falling apart......it's falling into place. ~Casting Crowns

aTm fans are pretty top notch. I went to a basketball game in College Station when we had Grant and Admiral and were ranked #1. Everyone of their fans were nice and complimentary of our team and CRB. They seemed genuinely happy for our fans that the team was doing so well. This all before the game and even gracious in defeat after we picked up the dub.

A very nice contrast with the A&M “Super Karen” who hijacked another thread with her holier-than-thou whining about how classless our entire fanbase is just because everyone she met in Knoxville weren’t sufficiently deferential to all the obscure A&M ‘traditions’ that none of us know (or care) about.

Chill bumps.

We all tend to lose focus in our lives about what is truly important. We are all part of something bigger and more important than most of us can comprehend.

That is the reason I think it is important to not make snide remarks about other fans or fan bases. Some on here call the aTm fan base a cult, but if you look at any fan base’s traditions and idiosyncrasies they would be unique and strange in our own subcultures. But at 30,000 feet level we are all one. Even with Bama fans.

Ditto...all the ones I conversed with seemed like all-around good folks, plus we found common ground on the point that the real UT is in Knoxville, not Austin.
I mean that point really isn’t arguable. Tennessee was a university when Texas wasn’t even a state in the union.
