Beautiful moment (Aggie fans)

This is why I support the Aggies so much. They’re just good people. Probably the best away game experience I’ve ever had (even though we lost) was in College Station in 2016. They were more than cordial and inviting – they were downright nice. My best buddy of about 30 years is an Aggie. He’s been to some of the most epic Tennessee wins over the last few decades with me – decked out in ORANGE from head to toe. They recognize us as the REAL UT. That’s why I’ll always support them unless they’re playing my Vols. And that’s also why I’m so disappointed in some Vols fans after our win this past weekend (some of the younger fans on the Strip were downright rude and obnoxious ).The Tennessee d1CK sitting right in front of my Aggie buddy was downright obnoxious simply because my buddy was rooting for his team – a mature UT fan acting like a 12-year old. Ridiculous. And the booing when an opposing player goes down has GOT to stop because we don’t know if it’s serious or not (do we want our players booed?). And I know, I know, it’s the Kiffen effect – so save the booing for Kiffen and Ole Miss. Tennessee fans are better than that and usually, and should, hold themselves to a higher standard. It all boils down to, love them or hate them, all those boys playing the game are somebody’s kids. Would you want your kids treated like that? I’m proud to be a Tennessee Vol. And even though I may not love all our opponents, I can respect the boys giving their all for the other team. That’s what competition is all about. So, yeah, losing sucks, and winning is great – but regardless, show some class and give some respect. I’m sure you’d want the same. GO BIG ORANGE!

All the A&M fans I interacted with were outstanding folks. Can't wait to visit there.
If you go to A&M get there early and tour the campus. It's awesome. Their military tradition is inspiring and humbling. Be sure to visit the Hall of Honor, honoring the 7 A&M medal of honor heroes. One of my best friends is an Aggie, and he's a great guy. Also note all the jets flying in on Friday afternoon.

As an Aggie season ticket holder who’s seats are near the visitor seating section at Kyle Field I get exposed to our visiting fans.
Over the years we have had positive experiences but a few jerks find their way in.
t.u. Fans are about 50/50.

The best visiting fans I’ve ever been around in Aggieland are Tennessee fans. Without a doubt my favorite SEC school besides my Ags.
When y’all kicked our ass in the cotton bowl in 2005 I think, we sat in the Vols section. I actually learned the RockyTop song & sang along the 16 -20 times the band played it that day.
And in 2016 the Vols near us were so gracious & friendly.
I wish we could play y’all every year.

Gig ‘em and BTHO the Gumps! Go Vols

Those aren't tears in my eyes thats just dust and allergies.... wow....

On another note, I didn't want to post another thread or start one, but this world lost an amazing woman from Oak Ridge, my Aunt Marge Blankenship. Taught in Oak Ridge schools for over 40 years and was one of the most christian persons in this world. She was a huge VOL fan and loved her Lady Vols as well. We will lay her to rest tomorrow. If anyone here was ever taught by her or knows her feel free to comment. She was an amazing lady.
