I think they do have a lock...well, more of a back-up plan in case they missed out on other assistants.

T.J. Weist. Pretty sure he'd come along if CBJ asked.

Did you not see him transform White Lightning into our best WR? Plus, he has a bright future. Would love to have him as long as possible. Plus he knows our WR core after the draft defections. Just don't see how the next WR coach is gonna be any better than what we had. But hey, we are gonna have the greatest staff in the nation.

So our best recruiter isn't good in your eyes? No Pig, No CP, No Watson, No Lane, No, Meredith. Yea he really sucks. He has progressed each WR he has coached.

Never said he sucked just stating the facts at what has happened at his last three coaching jobs.

And all three firings have been due to coaching change. Hell, if no Tee, the next Tennessee Flavor is Hinshaw. He has been in the state his entire career and knows all high school coaches as well.

And the coaching change was because they were fired. I wonder what the combined record is for his last three coaching stops? 2005-MTSU, Memphis 2006-2008, Tennessee 2009-2012....not a lot of wins there

His coaching abilities are there. Look at the Singleton and other dude from Memphis that went on to the Pros. He is even the reason Z-RO is gonna get drafted. Also, like I said earlier, without him we have no CP, Pig, Watson, Lane, Meredith, or Dallas.

I am pretty sure Hinshaw was the lead recruiter for CP as well as Pig i think he did a good job while here and i wouldn't mind bringing him back

Should go after Charlie Joiner (SD Chargers), Kasey Dunn (OK State) or Ted Gilmore (Oak Raiders). JMO
