Evan and Elliot Berry dominated the Atlanta MVP Camp. As 8th graders.

Evan Berry measured in at 5-foot-10 and 171 pounds while Elliot Berry entered the camp at 5-foot-11.5 and 185 pounds.

Evan ran the 40 yard dash in 4.43 seconds while Elliot ran it in 4.46 seconds.

Evan was one of the top defensive backs at this event while Elliot was one of the top running backs.

Some say these two are better than older brother Eric at this same stage, so it will be fun to see how they progress over the next four years on the high school level. Look for both to start as freshmen at Creekside High School for James White in 2010. They are that good.

Same article.

Ha thanks but his offer was from the previous staff :birgits_giggle:

I really doubt that Dooley is stupid enough to not take these kids in 4 years...if he's still here. They're from Ga and will probably be the top players in the state.

They're both all-Vol! How does your dad play for UT and ur brother get put up on billboards around the country & not go to UT?! ...just thinking logically!

I know one has "committed" to play for UT but I've heard the other twin isn't likely to attend here, is that the case or do we wind up carrying on the tradition?

Yes. The other one that hasn't commited. Said LSU leads for him bc it's always been he's dream school, and he love's there track team also. Something in that effect.

Evan, the DB is the one committed. As long as we don’t get the death penalty or something, both will be here in 2014.

Haha, as I said both will be here unless something drastic happens. In fact I would be surprised if Elliot doesn’t “commit” in the next 12 months.

Our men's track program is really about to fall off. I'm hearing that they are pushig the guys to the side and focusing more on the ladies. In fact, we've lost a few guys to transfer after the indoor season, including our best high jumper who placed 4th in the SEC indoors as a FR. It will be interesting to see how this plays out in the future with Justin Hunter...and either (or both) of the Berry twins.

some of yall are putting too much stock into what an 8th grader says. Anyone remember Tony Wroten? Both will be in orange.

I would love to get both. Wouldn't doubt at all if both of these kids end up 5* players. I know there is alot of time between now and when they get to college, but with people saying both are further developed than Eric was at that time I cannot see how these two won't be can't miss 5* athletes. I thought having one EB was good, but I just love the thought of having two EB's on the same team. Like I said there is alot of time between now and then, but here is to seeing them both as Vols.
